Part of a mixed use development incorporating apartments, shops and offices, these small one (1) bedroom apartments were designed to stray away from the usual fit out associated with speculative developments and the result has been to create interiors reminiscent of a New York loft home where brickwork,timber beams and the rawness of recycled timber are exposed together with the use of bold colours and graphic imagery to create an artistic interior. Every inch of usable space has been utilised such as the void above the stair to create a day bed or an extra sleeping area for visiting guests.
